Service Fees

Fees vary by contract. The fees for each plan are as displayed on the pricing page. Applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST or sales tax), where required, will be added at checkout.

Fee Changes

If the Company changes the service fees, the Company will notify users of the changes and the effective date through methods such as posting on the Company's website or sending to the registered email address, sufficiently in advance of the effective date.

Additional Charges

  • Internet connection fees, communication fees and equipment costs required to use the Service shall be borne by the user
  • Depending on the payment method selected, additional fees set by the payment processor or financial institution (such as processing fees or bank transfer fees) may apply and shall be borne by the user

Service Delivery Timing

As an online service, the Service becomes available immediately after payment is completed.

Payment Timing and Method

  • Payments are accepted via the methods provided by our designated payment processor (including credit cards). The specific methods available will be those shown on the checkout page at the time of subscription
  • The monthly plan is charged automatically at the time of subscription and on each subsequent monthly renewal date; the annual plan is charged at the time of subscription and on each subsequent annual renewal date
  • Receipts and billing statements can be viewed through the payment processor's portal, which is accessible from the "Payment History" entry on the "Plans & Billing" page in the dashboard
  • Updates to your registered payment information are also made through the same payment processor's portal

Returns, Exchange and Cancellation

As the Service consists of digital content and ongoing services, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for customer convenience. Even if a paid plan is cancelled during a billing period, no refund (including pro-rated refunds) will be issued for fees corresponding to that billing period.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Paid users may cancel at any time from the "Plans & Billing" page in the dashboard
  • Once cancellation is completed, the paid plan will not be automatically renewed
  • Users may continue to use the paid plan until the end of the billing period for which payment has been completed at the time of cancellation. After the end of that billing period, the user will be automatically moved to the free plan
  • If a payment fails, the Company will retry the charge during a grace period determined by the Company. If payment is still not confirmed after that grace period, the Company may suspend all or part of the Service, terminate the paid plan, or take any other measures it deems necessary

Recommended Environment

For optimal use of the Service, the following environment is recommended.

  • Browser: Latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
  • OS: Latest versions of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android
  • Network: A stable internet connection

Some features may not work properly outside of the recommended environment.

Special Conditions

The Service is not subject to the cooling-off rules under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions because it includes business-to-business transactions and ongoing service provision.
